Spoken Words at Work
To provide the highest level of customer service, and many times impact personal career growth, an employee must be knowledgeable about the correct words and phrases that imply professionalism. This program helps participants recognize their own verbal communication style, as well as identify and overcome "bad verbal habits."
Written Words at
Work
This class provides
concise and specific information on how to improve writing style, grammar and
format for business correspondence. Learn to refocus old writing habits into
clearer, more succinct language. Topics include letters, memos, reports, fax

The University reserves the right to cancel programs where enrollment
is insufficient.
